This is a 30 day limited Warranty  Policy to buyers on all products.

This warranty  consists of these terms:

• Terms of warranty(i.e. 60 days from date of purchase , include proof of purchase and date of purchase)
• State of beads, rocks or leather (e.g.  undamaged)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or broken structural band)
• Process for return (i.e. mail to James Reese Jewelry/ P.O.Box 31057,Houston,Texas,7723`)
• Process of return to customer (i.e. include contact info, return address and proof of purchase)
• Allow 30 days to complete repair.
